1. What type of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of personalized gifts including baby birth detail photo frames, custom keychains, wallet cards, water bottles, acrylic table stands, and more. All items are custom-made based on your photos or text.

2. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website https://fastgift.in, or contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9442953900. Just share your required product, personalization details (like name, photo, date), and delivery address.

3. Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes, for most personalized products, we will share a digital preview or design layout for approval before final printing (on request).

4. What is the delivery time?

• Tamil Nadu & nearby areas: 2–4 working days

• Other states in India: 4–10 working days
  We’ll share a tracking ID once your order is shipped.

5. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only deliver within India.

6. What are your payment options?

We accept payments through UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, and secure online gateways.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the personalization process may begin, and changes may not be possible.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Share clear photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.

9. Do you accept returns?

Since our products are personalized, we don’t accept returns. However, we do resolve any issues related to damage or wrong personalization.
