At Fast Gift, we take great pride in crafting personalized products with care and attention. Since our items are made to order, returns and refunds are limited. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns for Personalized Products
All our products are custom-made based on customer-provided information (photos, text, etc.). Hence, returns, replacements, or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is:
Damaged during transit
Incorrect due to our mistake (wrong product/design)
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund (if applicable).
3. Incorrect Personalization
If the error is on our part (misspelling, wrong design), we will remake and resend the correct item at no additional cost. If the mistake was in the details provided by you, we are not responsible and a remake will incur full charges.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refund will be given for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this, cancellation is not possible as work may begin immediately for custom items.
