2. How do I place an order?

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most personalised orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on product type and your location.

4. Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day or next-day delivery for select products and locations. Please contact us via WhatsApp (9442953900) to confirm availability before placing your order.

5. Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes. For all personalised products, we share a design preview for your approval before final printing or production.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments through our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select areas.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Since most of our items are custom-made, cancellation or changes are allowed only before design approval. Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We take great care in packing your order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely! We handle bulk, corporate, and event orders for gifts, trophies, awards, and branding products. Contact us on WhatsApp or email sales@fastgift.in for special pricing.
