Personalised items may require additional time for design and customisation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select pincodes).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹499 (may vary during promotions or offers).

We currently deliver across India via our trusted courier partners.

For remote or out-of-service areas, additional delivery time may apply.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working to expand our services globally soon.
