We take great pride in offering high-quality personalised gifts, photo frames, mementos, and awards. Since most of our products are custom-made with your photos, names, and messages, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return on Personalised Products

All customised or personalised items (including photo frames, keychains, mugs, clocks, mementos, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and processed, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.

2. Returns for Non-Personalised Items

If you purchased a non-personalised product, you may return it within 3 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We make every effort to deliver your order in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send us clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production hasn’t started.

  • Once design or printing begins, cancellation or refund is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within this period, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Cancelled orders within the allowed time.

  • Orders where replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
    Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode used during purchase and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
    Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
